Program: EziPallet shipment, trip and account alerts, sent by 5 Stars Logistics Corp (EziPallet) from +1 (855) 394-4434, plus one-time sign-in codes you request.

What we text

Shippers: problems with a shipment (short count, damage, refused delivery).
Haulers: account and payout alerts (account paused, payout problems, insurance certificate expiring).
Pickup and delivery contacts: that the truck is about to arrive, for one load.
Anyone signing in: a one-time code they asked for.

No marketing texts are sent under this program.

How you opt in

In the EziPallet apps (Settings → Notifications), by entering your mobile number and ticking an unticked box next to these exact words. Texts are never required to use EziPallet.

Haulers: Text me about my account and payouts (account paused, payout problems, certificate expiring). Msg & data rates may apply. About 1-5 texts per load. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent isn't required to use EziPallet.

Shippers: Text me when there is a problem with a shipment (short count, damage, refused). Msg & data rates may apply. About 1-5 texts per load. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent isn't required to use EziPallet.

Pickup and delivery contacts opt in by texting START and the load number (for example "START EP-1042") to +1 (855) 394-4434, from the phone number the shipper gave for that stop. That consent covers that load only.

The first text confirms the opt-in, for example: "EziPallet: you'll get account and trip alerts by text. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Frequency, cost and help

Message frequency varies: about 1 to 5 texts per load.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop texts at any time; reply START to resume. Reply HELP, or email support@ezipallet.com, for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
